Recycling correctly is one of the simplest ways residents can make a meaningful impact, yet it is also one of the most commonly misunderstood.

In 2025, Hosier Inc stepped well beyond the bluestone of Hosier Lane and straight into the heart of Melbourne, taking part in the Zero Waste Festival at Federation Square. And we did not come empty handed. Hosier Inc proudly ran its own Recycling Hub on the day, fully managed by our members and volunteers. From morning to close, the hub was busy, practical, and refreshingly human. No greenwashing. No lectures. Just real conversations and real solutions. The result? Over 500 i
